Moschofilero is a pink-skinned grape variety that produces some of Greece's most intriguing, aromatic wines. Most of the time it is used to make a light, dry white, but leave the skins in for a while and a vibrant, more deeply flavoured pink/orange rosé results. Whatever the colour, Moschofilero has a highly distinctive floral, spicy aroma (similar to Gewürztraminer or Muscat) that is hugely appetising.
